Everybody on the internet is giving you music news, sometimes with their only insight and clever commentary. They are sharing their opinions on new albums and breaking them down in depth. There is handwringing and big pictures questions and all matter of cultural insight. Cool. I do that sometimes too. I like news, and I like reviews, and I like to think about music. We certainly do that at Rawckus.
However, this time I just want to show you a couple of music videos you should watch. They are awesome. You will hopefully enjoy them. Then you can go on your merry little way, your life a little richer than it was before.
First up is the video for "Nausea" by Jeff Rosenstock. It's a few years old, and the song is from his debut album as a solo musician We Cool?. However, that doesn't mean it isn't awesome. The song is great, incredibly infectious with a punk edge. The chorus is made to sing along to. I've seen Rosenstock live, and people love to sing along to "Nausea." Beyond that, though, the video is delightful. It's weird and funny and reminds you why this used to be a medium people gave a shit about. Also, check out his album POST- from earlier this year. It's one of my favorites of 2018.

Next we have "Every Time the Sun Comes Up" by Sharon Van Etten. Van Etten has a beautiful voice, and it is in full effect in this song. The choruses, where the vocals are echoed, are fantastic. The lyrics are kind of nonsense, but they also aren’t, if you know what I mean. If you don't, there's another reason to watch the video. The video features an old man who works as a horror host going through the motions of his day. I happen to have a particular affinity for this sort of thing, so this may be more up my alley than yours. Nevertheless, give it a watch.
You may now return to your day at hand.
